What we collect, and why
| Activity | Data | Purpose | Legal basis | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Inquiry form | Name, email, the service you’re interested in and your project description (required). Company, phone, timeline and how you found us (optional). The time you sent it and your consent. | Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer | Your consent, given with the checkbox on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) | 1 year after our last exchange if no work follows. Earlier if you ask us to delete it. |
| Email or phone contact | Your contact details and whatever you tell us | Answering you | Our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)) | As above |
| Working together | Contact and billing details, the contract, invoices and related correspondence | Doing the work and meeting our accounting and tax obligations | Performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) | 8 years, as Hungarian accounting law requires for business records (Act C of 2000, Section 169) |
| Visiting the website | IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time | Delivering the site securely and protecting it from abuse | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) | Kept by Cloudflare for as long as it needs to run and secure the service. We keep no separate logs. |
| Visitor statistics | Pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type — counted without cookies and without identifying you | Seeing which of our work people watch | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) | Only aggregated statistics are kept |
Your name and email are needed to answer an inquiry — without them we can’t reply. Everything else on the form is optional.
We don’t make automated decisions about you or build profiles, and this site isn’t aimed at children under 16.
